Features and Advantages of the clear pvc sheet
Clear pvc sheet should be placed at the construction site for more than 24 hours. The temperature of the plastic sheet can be consistent with the indoor temperature to reduce the deformation of the material due to temperature differences. Use professional trim to cut the heavy edge of PVC plate at both ends. The width of the cutting on both sides is not less than 1 cm. When PVC plastic sheet is laid, overlapping cuts should be used at all material interfaces. The general overlapping width should not be less than 3 cm. Special glue and glue scraper should be used according to different plates. When the PVC plate is laid, one end of the plate is rolled up first, the back and front of the PVC plate are cleaned, and then the special glue is scraped on the floor. Scrubbing glue must be uniform, not too thick. The use of different binders is completely different. Special glue should be selected with reference to the product specifications
After laying Clear pvc sheet should be carried out after 24 hours. Use a dedicated slot opener to slot at the seams of PVC plates. In order to weld firmly, the depth of the slot should be 2/3 of the thickness of the PVC plate. Dust and debris in the tank should be thoroughly removed before welding.
Finally, the Clear pvc sheet should be cleaned after completion or before use. But it must be 48 hours after the PVC plate is laid. PVC board should be cleaned or vacuumed in time after construction. It is recommended to use neutral detergent to clean all dirt. If the surface of PVC plate is dirty, it is recommended to use a washing machine with a red abrasive plate to clean the plate.
