The PVC plate is made of PVC resin, which is a white or pale yellow powder with a relative density of 1.35-1 .45. The degree of softness and hardness of the product can be adjusted by adding the number of copies of the plasticizer. Pure PVC has very little water absorption and air permeability. Mechanical properties PVC has high hardness and mechanical properties. It increases with the increase of molecular weight, but decreases with the increase of temperature. Hard PVC has good mechanical properties and its elastic modulus can reach 1500-3000 MPa. The elasticity of soft PVC is 1.5-15 MPa. However, the fracture elongation is as high as 200 % -450 %.
